Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start. If you cancel before day 14, you owe nothing.
We don't offer a permanent free tier. Catalyst is built around outcomes, and outcomes require commitment from both sides.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. No phone call, no “schedule a call with success” — it's all in the dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, your workspace freezes — your data stays for 6 months in case you change your mind, then we delete it permanently.
Annual plans cancelled within the first 90 days get a pro-rated refund under our guarantee.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?+
Yes — 30% off any plan for verified 501(c)(3) non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Email hello@nevtech.io with your tax-exempt letter or .edu domain.
Can advisor engagements roll into a Catalyst subscription?+
Yes. Every Implementation Sprint and Fractional AI Officer engagement includes 12 months of Growth at no additional cost. If you'd prefer Scale, we credit the Growth value toward it.
